 We made many friends and sold nearly $94 million of real estate over the past 20+ years, but all good things must come to an end and that time has come for us.  The subprime housing/mortgage crisis of 2007-08 was the beginning of the end of easy financing for second homes on Fulton County’s forty-four lakes and that had been our market niche for many years, so we closed our doors in October 2010.
